Class A fireproof and heat insulation materials are fireproof and heat insulation materials with fire protection grade A. They mainly have A1 grade and A2 grade materials. Grade A is nonflammable materials with low density, low thermal conductivity, high pressure bearing capacity and convenient construction. It is economical and durable, and is widely used as insulation, heat insulation and sound absorbing materials for thermal insulation materials for thermal pipes, thermal equipment and other industrial pipeline equipment and industrial buildings, and for industrial and civil building envelopes.

The materials commonly used for insulation in our life are: aerogel glass fiber insulation blanket, rock wool, mineral wool, glass wool, expanded perlite, foam glass, etc., specifically the characteristics of the material itself:
1. Aerogel glass fiber insulation blanket belongs to aerogel composite insulation material. The material is filled with wet gel in the substrate of glass fiber blanket and then produced by supercritical drying technology. The aerogel itself has a porosity of more than 99%, and has excellent thermal insulation and fireproof properties. It belongs to A1 fireproof insulation material. In recent years, applications in buildings, pipelines, and natural gas storage tanks have become quite common.

2. Rock wool is also called rock wool in our life. It is a kind of fluffy short fiber made of natural rock, mineral or industrial waste. It has high tensile strength, fire resistance, chemical resistance, heat insulation and electricity. Insulation and other characteristics;

3. Mineral wool is a kind of metallurgical slag in a molten state by flocculation or centrifugation, which has the characteristics of heat insulation, sound absorption, corrosion resistance and non-combustion;

4, glass wool is a kind of molten glass fiber, forming a fluffy cotton-like material, with good shape, small bulk density, thermal conductivity, thermal insulation, sound absorption, corrosion resistance, chemical stability;

5. Expanded perlite has excellent thermal insulation performance, and its superior stability can be well accepted by the market and exert its effects. It has a wide range of applications and has universal practicability, especially in terms of fire resistance and energy saving. ;

6. Foam glass is an inorganic non-metallic glass material made of cullet, foaming agent, modified additive and foaming accelerator, which is finely pulverized and uniformly mixed, then melted at high temperature, foamed and annealed. It has the functions of moisture proof, fire prevention and anti-corrosion.
