Aerogel insulation materials can be widely used in steam boiler, high temperature melting furnace, high temperature calciner, waste incinerator, muffle furnace, thermal oil furnace, petrochemical plant fractionation tower and so on different kinds, different temperature point furnace. Comprehensive view of these furnaces are mostly thick insulation thickness or surface temperature after heat preservation and heat loss and other issues not meet the use requirements. ● effectively reduce the thickness of the insulation, thereby expanding the internal use of space
● Whether airgel or airgel blanket after multiple layers of cracks can play a good effect of blocking the hot air flow
● The Aerogel material can greatly improve the temperature control of the boiler
● better to improve the comfort and safety around the boiler
